It happened one day...


There comes a time in a men’s life when things get tough and even sometimes bloody… they don’t think about how painful it is, they just want to live it, some people could say it’s about the money, others its about getting all the attention and some could even argue that it can make you more interesting, but what is a fact that in order to achieve this you need to get tough…

He had already lost one, but it’s about THE TWO… and here is the first of the TWO….

In England, we tease kids about kissing little boys/girls(choose gender to suit) & the kissing making your teeth fall out. To lose two like that, she must have been a stunner. BTW, we don't yank em out, they come when they're ready. Cmdr Vimes

Taking out the trash....

Well, who knew that this would change my life....? OK, not change my life, but mess up with the next 2 months of my life!!!! I'm officially complaining, I guess because I'm not used to have things take a bad turn, well actually not take the good one, I'm still looking for the purpose of this one... As some of you know, one Friday afternoon around noon, I was leaving my house to pick up a friend at the train station... so I leave home, with my bag, my keys and two trash bags, very important to mention that they were recycled paper bags, meaning that they were open bags, you do know that you have to recycle, right?... so here I am, on a sunny afternoon, walking the few feet to the containers when OUCH!!!!!!!!!!! I twist my ankle, it was seconds, but I saw it all in slow motion, me falling, my hand hitting the floor, my hand being hurt by the floor, my thumb taking an unfortunate twist... and Ouch!!!!!!!!!!!   Today is Mental Health day and many people are sharing and posting to create awareness. Some of you might wonder why do we need to create awareness? For me it is very simple... if not treated it can cause death and you, yes you, who is reading this can be the beginning of the cure. Contrary to many physical health issues where we need medical doctors with years of studies, this is one condition that you, me, any of us can start the healing process by just saying: I hear you, tell me more, I love you, I’m here for you, I see you, I’ll stop by, let’s get coffee or tea, I believe you. You can be that one person that makes a difference and what a difference that is.
